The Abe Franck String Quartet is an ensemble of the chamber music program from UNM – Music Department, which has been playing together since August 2022. The ensemble receives regular coaching from fantastic professors-string players of the CFA, which prepares them for an outstanding experience in academic and professional concerts.

Notably, this ensemble has had the opportunity to explore early, romantic, modern, and contemporary works. For example, works by Haydn, Mendelssohn, Schubert, Dvorak, Jessie Montgomery, and Gabriela Lena Frank. Overall, Abe Franck String Quartet is a very passionate performing group that loves to share great music with its audience and nurture art.
